Refund and Returns Policy

At BuyBig, we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. Therefore, we have outlined our refund and return policy to ensure that our customers have a hassle-free experience.

Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product(s) within 7 days of delivery. The following conditions must be met for a return to be accepted:

  • The product must be in its original condition with all packaging and accessories intact.
  • The product must not be damaged or used in any way.
  • The return request must be made within 7 days of delivery.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@buybig.com.my with your order number and reason for return. We will then provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the return.

Refunds
we offer a refund for our services, provided that the following conditions are met:

1. The refund request is made within 14 days of the service date.
2. The service was not performed to your satisfaction due to an error or omission on our part.
3. The equipment serviced is still in its original condition and has not been damaged or modified by anyone other than our service technician.

If these conditions are met, we will refund the net amount paid for the service deducting any extra charges that is involved. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used to pay for the service. Additionally, we do not provide refunds for any services that were performed more than 14 days prior to the refund request.

Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer service team at gmglobalstore@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will require photographic evidence of the damage or defect to be emailed to us. Once we have reviewed the evidence, we will provide instructions on how to proceed with the return or replacement of the product.

Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer service team at gmglobalstore@gmail.com as soon as possible. We will cancel your order and initiate a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days. If your order has already been shipped, please follow the return procedure mentioned above.

Non-Returnable Products
We reserve the right to modify this refund and return policy at any time without prior notice. By using our website, you agree to be bound by the latest version of this policy.
