We normally need 1-2 working days to process the orders. Once processed, item will be pickup by our courier service provider. (e.g.: J&T, DHL, NinjaVan, Lalamove, etc.) A tracking number will be provided through whatsapp once picked-up.

Yes we have, for installation we provide a 7 days warranty period. For servicing unit we provide 7 to 14 days period depending on which service package you are taking.

You just need to provide the warranty card number and your item series number to them). You may also directly contact us, we will help you to do a report and submit it to the “product company’s” care-line Center.

Yes, for Klang Valley customer our installer will bring the unit along when he is coming for installation. As for Non-Klang Valley customer our unit will first deliver to your requested location, once arrived we will come and install for you.
