Can Selft Pick up?

Yes, you may come and collect yourselves. We have many partnering stores across the whole Klang Valley. Just let us know your location and we will send you the nearest one for you to collect.

How long will my item be delivered?

We normally need 1-2 working days to process the orders. Once processed, item will be pickup by our courier service provider. (e.g.: J&T, DHL, NinjaVan, Lalamove, etc.) A tracking number will be provided through whatsapp once picked-up.

Do you have warranties for your air cond service?

Yes we have, for installation we provide a 7 days warranty period. For servicing unit we provide 7 to 14 days period depending on which service package you are taking.

How to claim warranty for my item?

The warranty card is already inside the boxes. If your item happen to have any problem, you can directly contact the product own company’s Customer Service to claim for warranty. You just need to provide the warranty card number and your item series number to them). You may also directly contact us, we will help you to do a report and submit it to the “product company’s” care-line Center.

Can I ask for dismantling or add other services?

Yes you can, we provide various other services also do contact us if you need anything, we are happy to help.

How long is the warranty the item is provided?

Basically, the warranty period does depend on the item company itself. Each brand provide differently from 6 month till 5-10 years. You may check the details with our customer services

Does installation on the same day as my Aircond arrive?

Yes, for Klang Valley customer our installer will bring the unit along when he is coming for installation. As for Non-Klang Valley customer our unit will first deliver to your requested location, once arrived we will come and install for you.

What diffrent inverter and non inverter?

The key difference between an inverter and a non-inverter air conditioner is that an inverter air conditioner can regulate the speed of its compressor motor. Once the room is cool, inverter air conditioners lower the speed of the motor to save the energy and refrigerant used to cool the air.
